Olympia Funk Festival – Funk OFF! is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive experience for people of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and abilities. We want everyone who loves music to be able to participate as fully and comfortably as possible.
Our festival takes place across multiple downtown Olympia venues. We select venues with physical accessibility in mind, including ramps and/or elevators where needed, and can arrange accessible or reserved seating upon request.
We also recognize that accessibility needs are different for every person. Attendees may request accommodations when purchasing tickets or contact our organizing team directly before the festival. We will work with individuals to address requests related to:

Free earplugs are available at festival venues for attendees, volunteers, and staff. We work closely with our sound and lighting professionals to maintain safe sound levels and avoid the use of lasers and theatrical smoke.
For the 2027 festival, we are also working with local American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters to expand access to live performances for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing. Additional details about interpreted performances will be shared as they are confirmed.
Our written festival materials are currently primarily offered in English. If you need information in another language or in a different format, please contact us and we will do our best to provide assistance.
Olympia Funk Festival is an all-ages event, and children 15 and under attend free.
